Rebuild & Remodeling

You Do Not Need
Two Contractors.

Most restoration companies dry your house out and hand you a list of builders to interview. We hold both licences, so the crew that opens the wall is the crew that closes it.

What The Handoff Costs You

Four Things That Happen When Two Companies Split The Job

None of this is theoretical. It is the most common way a straightforward claim turns into a six month ordeal.

You Become The General Contractor

The restoration company leaves once the structure is dry. Now you are collecting bids, checking licenses, scheduling trades, and deciding whether the drywall guy or the flooring guy goes first. That is a job, and it lands on you at the worst possible moment.

Nobody Owns The Seam

The remediation scope ends where the rebuild scope begins, and problems live in that gap. If something was missed behind the wall, the builder says the restoration company should have caught it and the restoration company is already gone.

The House Sits Open

Weeks pass between the dry-out finishing and the rebuild starting while you find someone. In Florida, an open wall cavity and a running air conditioner is not a neutral state, it is an invitation.

The Claim Gets Harder

Your carrier wants one coherent scope. Two companies producing two documents, months apart, with different photographs and different measurements, is how supplements get questioned.

How We Run It Instead

One Scope, Start To Finish

  1. We Remove

Containment, controlled demolition, drying to a documented standard. Photographed and measured as we go.

  2. The Source Gets Fixed

The leak, the flashing, the failed line. Rebuilding over an unrepaired source is how a job gets done twice.

  3. You Choose Upgrades

While the wall is open, changes cost a fraction of what they cost later. We tell you what is worth doing now.

  4. We Put It Back

Drywall, tile, cabinetry, millwork, paint. Same company, same file, one final walkthrough.

The Construction Side

What We Build

Damage is how most people meet us. A good number call back years later for the kitchen, and no water loss is required to hire us.

Kitchens

Full gut through cabinetry, counters, tile, and finish carpentry. Frequently the room a water loss started in, which means we are already inside the walls.

Bathrooms

Shower pans, waterproofing done properly, tile, vanities, and the plumbing corrections that stop the next claim before it starts.

Whole-Home Renovations

Layout changes, structural work, flooring, millwork, paint. Planned properly and sequenced so you are not living in a job site longer than necessary.

Condo And High-Rise Interiors

Buildings have rules: elevator scheduling, service entrances, quiet hours, association approvals. We work in them regularly and we plan around them rather than discovering them.

Insurance Rebuilds

Putting back exactly what came out, documented to match the scope your carrier approved, so the file stays coherent from first photo to final invoice.

Upgrades While The Wall Is Open

The cheapest time to move a wall, upgrade a shower, or re-run wiring is while it is already open. Most people never get told that until the wall is closed again.

Straight Answers

Rebuild Questions, Answered

Do I need a separate contractor to rebuild after mold remediation?
Not with us. Most restoration companies stop when the structure is dry and hand you off to find your own general contractor. We hold both a Florida mold remediation license and construction credentials, so the same company that removes the material puts it back. One scope, one team, one accountable name.
Will insurance pay to rebuild after water or mold damage?
Reconstruction is a separate scope from remediation and is priced separately, but it is frequently part of a covered claim when the damage came from a covered event. What matters is that the removal and the rebuild are documented as one coherent file. Two companies producing two disconnected scopes is where supplements get questioned.
How long after remediation can the rebuild start?
Once the affected material is out, the structure has reached a dry standard, and the water source is actually fixed. Rebuilding over material that is still wet, or before the leak is repaired, is how a job gets done twice. Because we do both halves we control that timing rather than waiting on another company's calendar.
Do you do remodeling that has nothing to do with damage?
Yes. Kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, and condo interiors, with no water loss involved. Restoration is how most people meet us; a good number call back years later for the kitchen.
Can you work in my condo building?
Yes, and we plan around building rules rather than discovering them. Elevator scheduling, service entrance access, quiet hours, dust control in corridors, and association approvals are schedule items we handle up front. Buildings are a large part of what we do in Palm Beach County.
Can you upgrade things while the wall is open?
That is the best time to do it. Moving a wall, upsizing a shower, re-running wiring, or improving ventilation costs a fraction of what it costs once everything is closed back up. We will tell you what is worth doing while access is free.
