Information about our services and general guidance about restoration, mold, and Florida insurance practice. It is written carefully and updated, but it is general information, not advice about your specific property, policy, lease, or claim. Every building is different and only an inspection tells you what is actually happening in yours.
What We Are And Are Not
We hold a Florida mold remediation license. We remove mold. Under Florida law we do not test, inspect, assess, or perform clearance on mold, and those services come from an independent licensed mold assessor.
We are not attorneys, insurance agents, or public adjusters acting on your behalf, and nothing on this site is legal or insurance advice. We document our work to the standard carriers expect and submit it with our invoice. We will never offer to reduce, absorb, or rebate your insurance deductible, because doing so is a felony in Florida.
Estimates And Pricing
Price ranges published on this site are ranges, not quotes, and are provided so you can budget honestly. An actual price comes from a written scope after someone has walked the property. Work is governed by the signed agreement for that job, not by this website.
